AMD Ryzen 5 1600X & 1500X Up-Close 4K Unboxing & Overview

what's going on everybody it's jon from all up tet coming out to you today with an awesome video i'm going to be doing an unboxing and give you an overview of rise in five that is going to be released on april eleventh that's four SKUs there's two tiers the top tier is going to be six core 12 thread and the bottom tier is going to be two processors that are four core eight threat so I'll get into the pricing specifications as we unbox this rise in five so if you were holding off on rising seven risin fives more budget oriented it's all soon deliver some amazing performance for both gaming content creation giving you incredible computational performance okay so we have of course tons of bubble wrap to that add to the enjoyment of unboxing would you look at this everybody rise in five also coming in a really cool box like the risin seven reviewers kit this is just that really cool black sleek looking box love this going to add it to the risin seven wooden carved box that have up there and let's go ahead and open this up and I will tell you about the rising lineup I go saying the top tier is going to be that 1600 x and the 1600 the x denotes xfr which gives you that extra extended frequency range and then you have the risin 1500 x and the risin 1400 those two are the four core eight thread n really interesting about the risin five 1500 x is that the extended frequency range has up to 200 megahertz boost if it's in the right cooling environment which is pretty freaking sweet because these are already clocked pretty high let me turn this to face you guys we have to rise and 5s here this is the risin five 1500 x here we have the rise in five 1600 x so i'm super excited about this one this is the flagship for rise in five to 1600 x so a really cool feature about allah verizon five cpus is they all come on lots so the rise of 5 600 x 6 for 12 thread base clock of 3.6 gigahertz boost up to four point oh gigahertz so to give a point of reference if you compare the rise in five 1600 x performance and a benchmark like cinebench well compared to the intel i5 7600 k it boasts around a seventy percent performance gains so now that i have these to rise and five out of the box us talk the specifications for the lineup the risin five 1600 X comes in an MSRP of just $249 to the rock computational performance is so there and at that price $249 that's quite compelling and arguably even more compelling is this rise in five 1500 x coming in at MSRP of just one hundred eighty nine dollars and look at this box it's bigger than the risin 516 or X so this comes with a cooler and AMD has upgraded their coolers you don't get any of that you know stock coolers with Intel's that you immediately just throw out of the box like I'm no way i'm using this these coolers are really awesome really cool no pun intended so the difference between this one and the one you find in risin seven is the risin five doesn't have the RGB lighting little ring but the performance is there the heatsink really beefy and we also have if you wanted to pick up horizon five 1400 while it comes with also a really snazzy looking cooler let's see what else we have here so we have just the cool packaging saying are you ready for risin risin five unlocked overclocking all rising coming with that sense mi technology that covers the umbrella of technologies making this processor the smartest processor on the market adapting to its environment with all the technologies the AMD has developed under the sense mi umbrella and here we have a very affordable motherboard this is the Asus be 350 plus so this sets you back just around one hundred dollars the time of filming this video so I'll leave links and deals in description box down below for you guys they're interested in checking out any of this rise in five gear that I have right now so another really cool feature about risin five is that on the be 350 chipset and i'll put the chipset specifications from the difference chipsets that you can choose from on the screen right now but the b-series more mainstream motherboards support overclocking and that's an opposition to what Intel is currently offering with their comparable be series motherboards so you're left only with the option of going with the Intel z-series to get that overclocking so another benefit another perk that comes with rising and this is really cool guys they've included a kid this is 28 gateways for 16 gigabytes of ddr4 thirty-two hundred megahertz random access memory this is from golden Emperor international so RGB lighting on RAM how wicked is that I have some ram in Mike set up that has some lighting which is red RGB lighting well that's awesome that's going to match any set up if you're in a different mood you can change it to match whatever color scheme you are going with and what else we have here this is freaking awesome we have from Samsung none other than an nvm e m dot to solid state drive so the sequential read and write speeds on this drive are absolutely amazing this is the Samsung 950 pro so this is super high-end guys I've always wanted it in about 2 MV and me solid state drive never pull the trigger on it so I'm so excited to see this and so excited it's also compatible with their mainstream motherboards going to put this into a sous Prime be 350 motherboard right away and get extremely fast read and write speeds I'll write ever well that pretty much is wrapping up today's unboxing and sort of preview of rise in five and what to expect so I'm pretty impressed with the pricing structure that we see and the performance so this is the same dye that we see from rising seven so the clock speeds and the number of course threads really amazing for the price so if you thought rising seven was disrupted which I really did I thought was totally disruptive to the market really bringing competition back to the market Intel really kind of slacking for years this is absolutely amazing this is looking to be like the winner of risin risin five rising 3 is also coming soon this for mainstream but also giving you that multithread insane computational performance so if you haven't checked out my benchmarks and review of rising 7 you can do so I'll leave a link in description box down below or just check out my channel of tech so some updates that I'm doing to my test set up is that I'm going to be upgrading the graphics card from the GTX 1072 the GTX 1080i because I was really getting the performance of risin 7 in gaming at 1440p 4k also do 1080p testing either the graphics card was going to be the bottleneck or the game engine a bottleneck and something like doom just going right out there to 200 FPS and I can see the cpu utilization not really being tapped into but GPU utilization right up there with almost hundred percent average utilization so upping that to the 1080 TI should really let us see how this performs in gaming and also it's going to be fun in other tests that use graphics card see what is the potential of rising 5 because it looks like it's going to be pretty epic so that's all i got for today's video guys if you're not subscribed to my channel awe of tech what are you waiting for hit that subscribe button let's continue to check out rise in five together and check out my channel for lots of cool tech reviews unboxings benchmarks and just having a lot of fun with all the new tech that's been coming out this is john from all tech thumbs up if you enjoyed this video and i cannot wait to catch you all in the next video peace out everyone.
